As the tectonic plates of global superpowers continue to grind with immense uncertainty, one area where increasingly more people see their pot of gold at the end of their rainbow is- the United Arab Emirates.

The Aggregator is a business setting its sails on the back of a supporting wind of legal human migration into the country.  That migration is welcomed. That migration is part of an economy in transformation as the pace of diversification speeds away from its historical dependency on oil. That migration is part of the evidence of a booming Private Sector.

As the boom continues, The Aggregator seeks to support a critical area of “Nation Building”. Specifically, The Aggregators initial work revolves around the expectation of an emerging Workplace Savings system. An “Alternative” to the existing Gratuity system is already in place, and the logic of that law evolving into Mandatory Law is compelling.

After all, the UAE is one of multiple subscribers supporting the United Nations No 1 “Sustainability ”goal- the eradication of poverty. A complex task-and-a-half for sure but developing a Deferred Benefits system which offers opportunity to a nation carrying the burden of a workforce dominated by non-nationals- is a fairly useful contribution to that No 1 goal.
