SERVICES - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The Aggregator LLC FZ is a Business Plan “Under Construction” in terms of the activities around which The Plan is built. Nevertheless, the business is fully operational as the eco-system in which The Aggregator wishes to operate will require multiple partners, contracts, and NDA’s.

In short, the business is highly active – building works are very much underway, with the building structure becoming visible.
The Aggregator-eco-system
In Diagram 1 below we show the plan for the building. It is built around three Pillars: a digital portal; a digital library and an Education Escalator. The inspiration for this construction was triggered by the expectation of Mandatory off-balance sheet Gratuity savings. UAE Cabinet Resolution 96 and Ministerial Resolution 668 of 2023 already evidence a Voluntary Scheme which we expect to grow into a force with the ability to promote significant improvements in the UAE Financial Services scene. Our “under construction” Business Plan seeks to be part of that significance.​

In addition, The Founders confidence rests in the fact that the UAE is the only country in the world (with a population over 5 million) which is planning a Workplace Savings environment for a majority non-nationals. The UAE is home to a diverse demographic of around 200 nationalities. Business opportunity abound.
Pillar One: The Digital Portal
In Diagram 2- we seek to build a digital portal with the support of leading brand names within the IT part of the financial services industry. The purpose of the portal is to provide an online balance sheet. After all, the balance sheet is the “scoreboard” on an individual, or a family’s or a businesses success in their wealth building aspirations. The fact that Workplace Savings will become widespread in the UAE is seen as a prompt to gather all information into one place for easier access to information and analysis.
Globally, there is rapid movement towards centralised dashboards for holistic balance sheet analysis. The digital portal would be part of this and with the UAEs demographics we have reasonable expectations of building one of the biggest multi-jurisdictional balance sheets in the world.

Gathering information by itself is useful. However, the portal will also seek to analyse and provide reports targeted at various levels - whether clients are inexperienced, experienced or professional investors. This leads to the necessity for an Educational Pillar.
Pillar Two: The Education Escalator
Collecting information in isolation has limited benefits. The Aggregator also wishes to be part of the UAEs push towards building Financial Literacy in the country. In Diagram 3- we introduce readers to the concept of “The Education Escalator”.

The point about The Escalator is that it suggests that what we may learn in Primary School can help us get to Secondary School level and so on. Ultimately the aim of The Escalator is to promote the wisdom of Lifelong Learning. Wealth rarely arrives on the back of one decision. Therefore, logic tells us that- like fitness- it needs continual work.

In addition, The Escalator intends to champion “Adaptive Learning”. A 65-year-old entering retirement for example, may take on the learning challenge by starting with knowledge being taught at Primary School. In short, education needs to be highly accessible to all. The point of entry into the Escalator being dependent on current knowledge and learning preferences.
Pillar Three: The Digital Library.
The Library will seek to be as up-to-date as possible on the digital scene. Like the portal, The Library has the potential to evolve into the leading source of product information in the expatriate world given the UAE demographics mentioned earlier. At the time of writing there is no significant all-embracing source of information for expatriate insurance, investment, and tax information. Given that the portal will be collecting data from around the world and given that the Education Escalator nerve centre will be analysing it, the library has the potential to become a valuable resource for expatriates.and their advisory channels.
